Twin screw feeding machines and single screw feeding machines are commonly used in extruder production lines. In the previous process of the rolling machine, the feeding machine provides a uniform feeding effect for the rolling machine. 1、 Single screw feeder with single pole extruder
The structural composition of a single screw feed extruder is the same as that of a regular single screw extruder. The characteristics of this extruder are: the diameter of the screw is large, the aspect ratio is small (usually less than 10:1), and the compression ratio is also smaller than that of an ordinary extruder screw for finished products. However, the rotational speed of the screw during operation is relatively high, the output per unit time is higher, and the power consumption of the extruder is also higher.
To maintain long-term and stable production of qualified plastic products and extend the service life of extruder equipment, extruder production operators must first learn, remember, and proficiently master the operating procedures of the extruder. For a new extruder, first of all, carefully study the contents in the operating manual of the extruder: be familiar with the equipment structure and the function of the operating buttons at each part; Remember the work points and precautions indicated in the operating procedures and instructions.

Multi screw feed extruder refers to a planetary screw extruder, characterized by a plasticizing screw consisting of a main screw and multiple planetary small diameter screws.
When the planetary screw works, the central main screw drives the small diameter screw that engages with it to rotate. The periphery of the small screw is the barrel, and there are spiral teeth on the inner circle of the machine that mesh with the planetary screw teeth. As a result, the planetary screw can rotate and revolve around the main screw under the drive of the main screw. This transmission constitutes the mixing and plasticizing mechanism of the raw materials. When the raw material passes through the spiral tooth gap between planetary screws, it is subjected to much more squeezing and shearing than a regular single screw extruder when plasticizing the raw material. Therefore, this plasticizing mechanism has a better plasticizing quality for the raw material than a regular single screw extruder.
