1、 Fundamentals
The weight per unit length of PVA planted on the conveyor belt from the middle of PVA is Q (kg/m). Obviously, the weight t of this unit length is related to the material level in PVA. When the material level is high, there will be more material falling, and when the material layer is thicker, Q will be larger. On the contrary, Q will be smaller. The speed of the feeding device in the middle slot is synchronized with the metering conveyor belt. When the conveyor belt speed is two (2/min), the feeding device speed is also fast and there is more material falling. Therefore, it can be considered that the thickness of the feeding layer on the conveyor belt, i.e. the weight Q per unit length, is not affected by the speed of the conveyor belt.

In order to form a closed-loop regulation system, it is necessary to first measure the controlled variable W and use it as a feedback signal to send it to the regulator. The output signal of the regulator is then bent and dragged by the speed controller to change the speed of the conveyor belt motor, so as to keep the controlled variable (feeding egg) W constant.
